Baltic SPA Association as a non-profit organization started its work on August 5th of 2005 and as its tasks it nominated experience exchange, implementation of new services and support in providing of information. Our Association is ready to provide a versatile help for representatives of SPA and service industries.

Services for entrepreneurs

             We provide help for already operating SPA companies to develop and edit various documents related to human resources (instructions, employment agreements, by-laws, etc.), to search and to train specialists and to prepare SPA treatments in a proper way. Those who are just starting business can also come to the Association and we will help to determine the concept rationally, to decorate premises, to choose partners and to solve other issues related to opening of a SPA company.

Training variants

Prior to the training of the staff it is necessary to clarify the extent of the training necessary. Association organizes special courses for groups but it is also possible to have training only for one person (for someone who has just graduated from the school, for a person who is returning after a leave of child care or also for someone who opposite to other colleagues wishes to have wider view).

            Training of SPA personnel from the one side is multi-stage and multi-direction process but from the other side - it is a never-ending process. Due to the fact that the SPA concept is developing and changing, is acquiring new shapes and it is supplemented by many division then all SPA professionals not only have to know them but also have to be able to comply with them.

In the Association you can order seminars and workshops on communication art: how to welcome a client, how to find out what is necessary to the client, what needs to be done to ensure that a visitor turn into the loyal client, how to organize sales in a beauty salon and many other practical things that you may be in contact with at work.

We invite “to show yourself and to take a look on others”

In 2006 Association organized the first SPA championship in Baltic States. Program of the event included a contest of participants, shows of leading SPA masters, presentations of new training programs as well as free exchange of opinions and information.

            Mainly the reason for the organization of the championship was for all invited persons to have a clearer perspective on advantages and novelties of the SPA direction and how to develop them in "civilized" world conditions which is full of stress.

And that is also not all…

Regardless the fact that we live in a small country where everyone knows each other sometimes people simply are not able to meet each other. Such cases are seen not only in personnel selection but also when a specialist wishes to try his/her strength in a different quality. Often to organize various events, massage shows or work at exhibitions professionals are required but organizers are not able to find people who would like to work in such events and vice versa.

Baltic SPA Professional will help people to meet and will train them, if necessary. They will only have to let to know about them.

            There is much said about beneficial effect of common events on collective. Now there is a possibility to have pleasant and useful at the same time and, for example, to start a day with a seminar introducing to latest SPA methodologies, sales organization or other topics. Association has a lot of interesting ideas to make the event interesting.

Openness – base for everything

In its operation the Association is not guided by strictly limiting regulations but it tries to be flexible and to take into account wishes and necessities of those who need help.

            Baltic SPA Professional is oriented on leaders of SPA companies, specialists of the industry and our doors are also open for those who wish to achieve certain results in the world of beauty and health. The scope of Association’s activities is determined by wishes of these people.

The objective of Baltic SPA Professional is to facilitate an evaluation of the SPA specialist’s profession, to help companies to find optimal solutions for work, to unite motivation and professional knowledge of people. Association offers the companies working in the field of SPA and services to help in the organization and development of the operation.
